An-Nur Islamic Nursery and Primary School were established in 1997, but I joined the organization in 2003. I started as a class teacher in the preschool section. Then, I gradually moved into the primary section, where I was later appointed as one of the assistant head teachers of the School.

The aim and objectives of An-Nur Islamic Nursery & Primary School are to give pupils good and sound education in both Western and Islamic knowledge. The School continues to excel in these goals and has consequently won several awards and prestigious recognitions both within and outside the state. 

The management continues to facilitate the school’s progress in areas of facilities and amenities to equip teachers to meet the demands of an educational system of the 21st century. We not only focus on Western and Islamic education, we also train our learners in vocational studies to become skillful leaders and employers of labour in the future. Our teachers are patient, enduring and encouraging.
