An-Nur Islamic Nursery and Primary School is a citadel of Academic excellence which nurtures Children with sound Education, morals and religious belief through well-seasoned and qualified teaching and non-teaching Staff. I joined the school as a classroom teacher in 1998, and after impacting the lives of countless students both in and outside the classroom, I was appointed as the school’s Head Teacher in 2010.

I feel truly privileged to lead such a wonderful School and to have the opportunity of ensuring that every child at An-Nur receives the best possible education in their formative years. We (Staff) work as a team to ensure that school is a home away from for students. 

We have high expectations of our students and set challenging targets for them so they possess high levels of both social and emotional intelligence so that they are well-placed to succeed and thrive in the future, becoming active and productive members of society. Every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, and we recognize that every child is special and has their own contributions to make.

Our students have participated in a series of public/external examinations and competitions both at the state and national levels.
